Charanjit Singh is the founding partner of Singh Legal Counsel, APC, with a focus on employment and business litigation. Charanjit represents clients in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, and claims arising under California employment laws. In addition, he represents businesses in commercial disputes involving breach of contract, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, and other high-stakes litigation matters.
With trial experience and a pragmatic approach, Charanjit has successfully handled matters through trial and has substantial experience managing all phases of litigation. He serves as general counsel to clients on both corporate and litigation matters.
Before establishing this firm, Charanjit gained litigation experience at premier boutique litigation firms in Los Angeles representing clients in diverse industries — including real estate, trademark, restaurant, construction, and entertainment — across a wide range of practice areas. Charanjit is committed to providing responsive and effective advocacy and practical counsel tailored specifically to each client's needs.
Charanjit is admitted to practice in the State of California and before the United States District Courts for the Central and Northern Districts of California.
In his free time, Charanjit enjoys spending time with his family, reading fiction, running, following geopolitics, and cheering on the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Rams.
